Some of the lessons learned from the seminar:
🟠 What is happening in our minds is actually experienced by the body
🟠 Any prolonged stress causes disruption, so relaxing and recovering is very important
🟠 If we think in the future, it often brings with it anxiety, if in the past – depression, so the best place to be - is to be here and now
🟠 Mindfulness three whales: purposeful attention, the present moment and an open attitude
🟠 Habits can not be changed without mindfulness
